While I wasn't able to get an exact cutout dimensional sheet from Furrion, I was able to find some dimensions that you can use to get an idea of what kind of cutout you need (see attached). The Furrion RV Sound bar w/ USB Charge # FSB2N25MCBL mounts flush to the wall so the cutout only needs to accommodate the back part of the stereo and the speakers. According to Curt, the Curt Trailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # c31006 does not have a specific weight capacity.
The reason is, this is designed to carry any size spare tire, and so its capacity is essentially whatever the tongue weight capacity of your trailer hitch is.

You could adjust the RV Bumper 2 Bike Rack # S80605 to fit the wider wheelbase of a tandem bike rack pretty easily, but clearance will be harder to determine. This sticks out 19 inches from the rear bumper which you'd have to measure to determine what type of clearance you have. It sits on top of the bumper too which may give more clearance below it for the dolly, but that depends on it's dimensions as well. I can help you determine the weight rating of the axles on your 1983 Coachmen travel trailer but there are a lot of models out there and since your trailer is a pretty old model it is very possible that someone could have changed out the axles and there is no way of knowing if they actually put exact replacements on it (unless a record was kept of course).
